The name suggests it might be about fruit and getting in shape!  In a way it is, but as you navigate your way around you’ll discover it’s about much more. Click any link above to take you where you want to go.

 

Optimum health and fitness requires the holistic approach which includes good nutritional choices, safe and effective exercise, and in today’s world more than ever – sustainable methods to handle all the stresses that life can serve up. The intent is to teach and inspire you to be proactive toward your good health and wellbeing.

 

No calorie counting or drastic changes, just simple step-by-step informed choices to get you – and keep you on track.  Any positive changes you make have to be sustainable. We all need a coach at times throughout our lives. Someone to educate, support, motivate and be with you every step of the way.

 

No matter your age, fitness level or current limitations – you can improve the quality of your life. Your body and mind will respond!
