4-Week Life Optimization Coaching Program

This program consists of two appointments 4 weeks apart with complete support throughout.

 

At appointment 1: (approx. 90 minutes)

~ I analyse and give immediate feedback & suggestions from completed Good Apple Fitness Food  & Mood Diary.

~ Record all stats: body composition, hydration level, health age, muscle mass, bone density etc.

~ Analyse completed 'health, energy and blood sugar' questionnaire.

~ Establish specific goals & formulate a realistic and workable strategy to support optimum nutrition, exercise, habits, motivation, and stress levels using a broad range of methods and techniques.

 

At appointment 2: (approx. 60 minutes)

Compare all stats & re-do questionnaire and evaluate progress using trackers provided. Fine tune any areas needed for progress and maintenance.

 

Unlimited support throughout as needed by phone, email and text.

 

£60 total for both appointments and complete support throughout.
