6-Week Personal Training & Optimum Nutrition Program

My philosophy is to teach and support you be totally self-sufficient and independent.

That’s why this program is 6 weeks. I’ve designed it so you'll know all you need after that period. 80% of your equation and success is nutritional, and the 20% is exercise and activity. You cannot over-exercise to compensate for poor nutritional choices. You'll get a results-based nutrition/exercise combo you won't find anywhere else. Plus it's simple and totally sustainable! Bold claim?... and how do I know? Put me to the test. If you're ready and committed to the process, I guarantee you'll get the results you want.

 

This program consists of six, weekly appointments with complete support throughout as required for maximum results. In addition to personal training sessions, you will receive expert nutritional support too.

~ Please note, you will NOT receive basic government ‘food pyramid’ guidelines! I specialize in optimum nutrition for ideal weight and optimum performance and you’ll learn principles you won’t get anywhere else. These are focused on HEALTH, FITNESS & VITALITY. They’re proven and totally SUSTAINABLE.

 

At appointment 1: (approx. 90 minutes and includes 1st personal training session)

~ Consultation to establish your specific health and fitness goals.

~ Record your weight, and complete body composition stats

~ Measure your waist, hips and chest.

~ Discuss your health history and establish your potential.

~ Analyse completed 'health, energy and blood sugar' questionnaire.

~ Flexibility and range of movement assessment. (Important to identify any imbalances or limitations and build into the program. These can often be corrected using sports massage therapy techniques as required.)

 

Appointment 2-5: (approx. 60 minutes)

~ Weigh (only) in these weeks.

~ Progressive customized personal training session for full functional fitness specific to your goals.

~ Assess any areas where corrections may be required and use sports massage therapy, and range of techniques if required.

 

Appointment 6: (approx. 90 minutes and includes personal training session)

~ Full review of progress including complete body composition analysis and comparison, measuring, analyse progress in health, energy and vitality. Recommend and suggest any other areas for progress and improvement and ongoing progress/maintenance as required.

 

Includes unlimited support as needed by you ~ phone, email, skype, text.

 

£180 for all appointments and complete support throughout.
