Wow ! It's all good! I’ve lost over 3 stones and still going! I think the biggest improvement is I don't "hanker after" sweet things, which would then make me feel bloated after I had eaten them…  Little and often has made a huge difference…   The whole experience has been so rewarding for me, I have enjoyed the whole process and really appreciate the time, effort and support that you have given me.
